Frequently asked questions

Can I choose my own colours and is there an extra charge?

Yes, you can come to the studio (please make an appointment first) and chose in person. Or contact me by email or phone to discuss your choices. There is no extra charge.

How soon can I expect my order?

Most of the time orders are dispatched within 5 working days. However we are often very busy from mid May until mid July due to being out of the workshop and taking part in shows – please see showlist, therefore delivery may take a little longer. During these busy periods we will send you an email to confirm your order and let you know when it should be ready for dispatch.

Can your glass work, the panels, blade, leaves, stems etc. be left out all winter?

We have had many customers tell us that they have left the panels out all winter without any problems. In fact, the panels look great when the garden is frosty white. However, if you are concerned about the weather conditions you can easily move the panels

Can I get a replacement leaf for a 'Tail' if one is broken?

Yes, I am happy to repair any broken leaf.

Do you run classes?

Sorry, we don’t run any classes at the moment but might look into this in the future.

Can we visit your studio?

Yes, of course, you are more than welcome (but please make an appointment first).

Can I buy your work at a shop near me?

Sorry, no. We no longer sell our work through other parties. But do check out our forthcoming shows.
